The Problem
Every Content Change Meant a Developer Ticket
Ati Guddam's school website needed frequent updates — new admissions content, blog posts, event announcements, and page text updates. Every change required raising a request with the development team, waiting for a developer to be available, and then verifying the update. What should be a 5-minute task routinely took days.
The admissions team also had no structured way to track enquiries from the website — leads arrived via email and were manually logged. There was no visibility into how many enquiries were coming in, from which pages, or how many had been followed up on.
